Saniflo macerator pumping systems enable you to add a toilet, shower, bathroom, kitchen or utility room anywhere in your home.

Sanicubic units have been installed in a factory converted to create three office units, sited alongside existing office conversions. Each new office has a designated welfare pod containing a kitchen sink, Doc M pack with urinal, separate ladies’ WC and hand wash basin. The welfare pods are sited 50 metres away from the nearest soil stack and therefore demanded an alternative to traditional gravity fed plumbing.

The Sanicubic units from the Saniflo Professional Range discharge waste from multiple WCs and a range of waste water producing appliances. They handle waste water of up to 70ºC for short periods and have dual motors for absolute reliability and power. Sanicubic is capable of pumping up to 11m vertically, 100m horizontally or a lesser combination of vertical x horizontal and has an alarm for added security.

The pods that the Sanicubic unit enabled are installed in Nexus House, the Spencer Holdings Group head office. The Group is the lettings agent for the three office units which have been installed by DCI Plumbing and Heating Ltd, sub contractors to Greenbrook Construction Ltd who are the construction part of Spencer Holdings Group.
