Over the past years various problems have occurred resulting in the main sewer pipe collapsing. Replacing the pipe was prohibitive as access was on neighbouring land and the cost of replacement would be high for each unit owner.

Saniflo found the solution by working out a way of using Sanibest macerators in each industrial unit. Each Sanibest unit then ran into a surface run to the communal 100mm soil stack.
