Sanicom pumps up to 10m vertically and can be used with heavy duty dishwashers & washing machines. It is ideal for hotels, cafes, laundries, nursing homes, guest houses, pubs, shops and restaurants. An alarm can be fitted.

When used with a shower, the shower tray has to be raised 15 cm above the floor.

do you have to dig up the floor ? »
As the function of the units is to pump waste and water away, it should not usually be necessary to dig up the floor to lay the discharge pipework. It is possible to run the pipework from low level to a higher level e.g. from a basement to ground floor level, or from 1st floor up into a roofspace and then join to a soil stack
How should I run the inlet pipework? »
The inlets accept waste water by gravity. They do not suck in water. All pipework into the units must have a positive gravity fall (1 in 33).
